This program follows a four-day split: upper body A, lower body A, rest day, upper body B, lower body B, cardio & core, rest day. The plan was built for people who want a serious training program without needing a full gym.

Apex Fresh: Back to the Gym

This premium 12-week strength and conditioning system is designed to build consistency, progression, and results.

 

The program follows a four-day split: push upper, push lower, pull upper, pull lower. There is an active cardio day, 1 rest day, and one fat loss cardio day. The goal is simple, train hard, good form, and make small improvements each week. 

New to Beginner

12 Weeks. Designed to shred the weight off of your body. Progressive by design you can expect to push harder each month.

The program follows a three-day split: upper body, lower body, full body. There are two cardio and core days built in as well as two rests days. This plan requires full gym access. Get ready to shred....... the Apex way.

A comprehensive 12-week program designed to help you grow! This program follows a 4-day split: upper push, lower body, rest, upper pull, lower body, rest, light cardio and core.

 

Progressive overload is the most important thing. So, make sure you are tracking your weight and rest appropriately.

Fitness Resistance Training

Apex Glutes: Lower Body Program

A comprehensive 12-week program designed specifically for lower body growth and shape. This program follows four days of training days with a rest day in the middle. As always, the program is progressive so expect more output each month. It also includes upper body. 

 

Popular for women but can be used for anyone looking to increase lower body size.

This 12 weeks program is designed for the athlete that does a little bit of everything. You improve strength, endurance, mobility, and speed. The program combines traditional resistance training with cardiovascular endurance, high intensity interval training, swimming, and interval work.

This 8 week program is designed for our older exercise participants. It can all be done in your home and is made for those looking to improve their activates of daily living without having to go to the gym or buy a bunch of equipment.
