No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Apex Fitness does not offer refunds for any coaching services, digital products, workout programs, nutritional guidance, consultations, or other services or products once purchased.

By purchasing any service or product from Apex Fitness, you acknowledge and agree that: 

• you are voluntarily committing to the full purchase 

• you are responsible for all payments under any payment plan selected 

• no refunds will be issued for unused time, missed coaching calls, lack of participation, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to follow the program 

• no refunds will be issued once services have started or digital products have been delivered or accessed

If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all agreed payments unless otherwise required by law. Stopping participation does not cancel your payment obligation.

Because results depend on many individual factors, including effort, consistency, adherence, lifestyle, and health status, Apex Fitness does not guarantee specific results and does not provide refunds based on outcome.
