Most coaching programs hand you a plan on day one. I don't, because a plan built without information is just a guess in nicer packaging. Your first phase with Apex Fitness is a full clinical-style intake, the same way I'd evaluate a patient before treatment.

Past injuries, training background, surgeries, what's worked, what hasn't. The things most coaches never ask are usually the things holding your results hostage.

Through ongoing check-ins, we track what's working and recalibrate fast, when life shifts, travel hits, or progress plateaus, your plan moves with you instead of falling apart.
